Who We Serve

NIALife Center for Counseling is a group of counselors, social workers, case managers and medical professionals who provide comprehensive mental health care to individuals and families ages 5 and up in a community setting or our private offices. We provide counseling, community support and education utilizing core principles. These principles are seen throughout our culture and all of our service delivery. We work with the client, their family, teachers, and support systems to ensure they achieve their life's goals.

Getting Started/What to Expect

Beginning counseling or psychiatric services can feel overwhelming, but we make the process simple and supportive. Here’s what you can expect:

2. A member of our team will conduct a brief consultation over the phone to understand your needs and set an appointment with a licensed assessor.

3. An assessment will be conducted and together we’ll create a personalized plan for care—whether that’s counseling, psychiatric support, behavioral health rehabilitation, or a combination.

4. Services are available in the home, at school, in the community, in our office, or through secure telehealth, so you get the care where it’s needed most.

We’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Self-Pay

To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file and a $50 deposit, which is applied toward the cost of services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be retainedFor clients who prefer self-pay, we accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards. Payments are made quickly and securely at the time of service using our Square card reader.For information about pricing and payment options, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist you.
